Due to the nature of shipping perishable food products, and for safety reasons, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the order upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days to request a replacement or exchange of equal value. We will do our best to take great care of you!
Prior to checking out, and to ensure timely delivery of the order, please double-check the accuracy of the address the products are being shipped as we cannot be responsible for incorrect, omitted information or improperly addressed orders that may require redirected shipments from carriers after the first attempt. Additional attempts for redelivery due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipment charges from the carrier and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
